In an effort to slow the spread of COVID-19, all in-person SAPAS activities and events are cancelled until further notice.  However, we are offering some activities online.  A few of these have a class limit, but some do not.  Zoom in with us!

Yale University's free course The Science of Well-Being
In this course you will engage in a series of challenges designed to increase your own happiness and build more productive habits. As preparation for these tasks, Professor Laurie Santos reveals misconceptions about happiness, annoying features of the mind that lead us to think the way we do, and the research that can help us change. You will ultimately be prepared to successfully incorporate a specific wellness activity into your life.

Exercise Classes

We will host Tai Ji Quan: Moving for Better Balance Part II class on Tuesdays and Thursdays through Zoom, starting on Tuesday, September 7 from 10-11 am!  The class has space available.  Please call the SAPAS office at 651-642-9052 or send an e-mail to to find out more.

Our Chair Yoga class will start up again on Zoom on Friday, October 1 from 2-3 pm.  Please call the office if you are interested in signing up.
