Yale University's free course The Science of Well-Being
In this course you will engage in a series of challenges designed to increase your own happiness and build more productive habits. As preparation for these tasks, Professor Laurie Santos reveals misconceptions about happiness, annoying features of the mind that lead us to think the way we do, and the research that can help us change. You will ultimately be prepared to successfully incorporate a specific wellness activity into your life.

Exercise Classes

We will host Tai Ji Quan: Moving for Better Balance Part I class on Tuesdays and Thursdays through Zoom, starting on Tuesday, May 4 from 10-11 am!  The class has space available.  Please call the SAPAS office at 651-642-9052 or send an e-mail to to find out more.

Our Chair Yoga class is meeting on Fridays at 11 am and is currently full.   Please call the SAPAS office at 651-642-9052 to be put on a list of people interested in future classes.
