SAIL is an evidence-based balance, strength, and flexibility fitness program for older adults. Exercises can be done sitting or standing, and all equipment is provided. This class is offered for 24 sessions and at no charge.

Registration is required. This class is offered free of charge. Participants are encouraged to contribute by cost sharing or voluntary contributions, but no one is turned away from inability to do so. This class receives funding under an Award with Trellis as part of the Older Americans Act.
